Sky Kids

Here's what to expect when visiting Sky Kids for the first time:

First, head to our Connect Center which is located in the front as you enter the Barn. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and if desired, give you a quick tour of what you and your child can expect as part of our Sky Kids environment.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

*Parent/guardian name(s), *Child's name, *Child's birthdate, *Home address, *Phone number and *Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.

Before Service: Anytime your child is going to participate in Sky Kids Ministry they must get checked in. You can check them in at the Connect Center in the Barn or the self-check-in station at the Kids Venue. When you check your child in your family is assigned a random, alpha-numeric code that is on your child's name tag and your security tag. Your child must wear the name tag portion while you hold onto the matching tag. You will use your security tag to pick up your child from their classroom. Check-in starts 15 minutes before the Worship Service and closes 20 minutes after services begin.

After Service: Once service has ended, you will give your parent security tag to your child's teacher in order for your child to be released back into your care.

**If you loose your security tag you can get a replacement by notifying the Kids Ministry Director. Children will not be released to an adult who does not have a name tag that matches their child's.**

During Service: If you need to visit your child during the service for any reason, please bring your parent tag to the Connect Center and we will escort you to your child.

If we need you during the worship service, we will text the phone number you provided at registration.

You MUST present your security tag BEFORE we release your child to you. IF you have misplaced the tag, please see the Kids Minsitry Director PRIOR to pick-up for a replacement.

All kids servants and staff are background-checked and trained before they start serving- so know that your kids are in safe hands.

If your child feels sick at home, they'll feel sick at church. We want all of our kids to remain healthy and happy, so we ask that kids be kept home if they're not feeling well. We'll be very excited to see them the following week!
